You have been travelling for days through a cold and harsh climate. Your food supply is almost gone. Any wild game you might be able to eat is more likely to devour you first. The wind whips across your face as you trudge your way through the deep northern forests. Running on little more than adrenaline and the will to live, you push past some tall brush and find yourself at the gates of a large city. Looks like you've just stumbled upon the Duchy of Wolven Fang. What is your next move?
We participate in a Live Action Role-Playing (LARP) game called Amtgard. Amtgard is a non-profit organization composed of many groups around the globe. We have been in existence since June 1997. We have grown from our little Shire of 4 to Duchy status, making us the largest group in Canada. We are situated in Valley East, Ontario, Canada and usually play on Saturdays at 1pm behind Confederation High School. Come join us! You're sure to have lots of fun! Also check our calendar for other days we play.

1:46am - Updated the officers page. My apologies for the delay. It's been a hectic couple of weeks.
Added the history of Wolvenfang's Monarchy to the officers page.
Announced at GE we have been given the title of Principality. The Northern Empire really starts now.

1:44am - Update has been completed. If you experience any problems with the forums please don't hesitate to inform me via pm, or at my personal email address, draxenn at hotmail dot com.
The forums will be offline temporarily in order to update to the newest version. I don't expect it to take longer than an hour. Update started at 1:34am.

Updated the Officers page.
Added 3 new books to the Other section. A beginner's guide to Amtgard, Rules for Jugging and a Hit Location image.
Also updated the Corpora link to the new Northern Empire Corpora.
Don't forget that bids for Battle of the Dens 2010 are due by March 15th! They can be submitted to Shawn D., our current Board of Directors president.

Frostbite winners were announces a while ago but I just thought of updating this now! Congrats to Dave St-George and Sassi for their winning bid! Frostbite dates are February 20th and 21st. More details are available in our forums.

A pro-tem champion has been elected. The populous has chosen Electra to represent the weapon safety needs of Wolven Fang. Good luck to her.
Also the polls are in and our new chancellor is none other than Man-at-Arms Ohrn! He's eagerly awaiting work so if you have any problems with your ORK, he's the man to talk to!
Lastly, the bids for frostbite are all in and the Board of Directors is currently working on choosing one. They will give their answer no later than Saturday December 5th, 2009. Good luck to all those who submitted a bid.

Some new links have been added to the links page. Under "books" you can now find an "other" section which contains 2 books dedicated to detailing various battlegames played throughout Amtgard. Enjoy!
